Programs for finite calculations

This appendix contains the two programs that were used to determine the D-error for finite speaker distances. The MAPLE program was used to calculate the value of t0 which, when integrated from 0 to with respect to , becomes the D-error. The Fortran program performs the actual integration. A typical case is shown, the specific values of dist and frequency will change and produce a different t0, which would then be changed in the Fortran program and re-complied and then run again to determine the new values.
